Hi everyone,
It’s release day for Attending Together’s third book discussion episode!
Since opening the shop, The Serviceberry has been perhaps the most highly anticipated nature release that I’ve seen throughout the bookselling world and beyond. As such, we’ve had it as our book for The Nature of Reading Book Club in December, for the Between the Leaves Book Club’s March meeting, and now for Attending Together’s first episode of 2025.
In our first book discussion, we talked about Mary Oliver’s Upstream, and for the second we discussed Amy Tan’s stunning book, The Backyard Bird Chronicles. In this third installment, we are delighted to discuss The Serviceberry by Robin Wall Kimmerer.
We hope you enjoy the episode, and you can find more information for what we talked about below. And as always we’d love for you to tell us what you’ve been attending to by commenting on this post or replying to the email.
All the best,
Hailey

What Book Are We Reading Next?
For our next book discussion which we’ll be releasing at the end of March or the beginning of April, we’ll be reading two incredibly relevant books by the amazing artist and author Jenny Odell: How to Do Nothing and Saving Time.
